Great customer feedback
Over the last 6 months we have conducted a customer satisfaction survey on our scaffolding customers, which, in fact, brought great results. It was a great pleasure to see that our scaffold customers are greatly satisfied with our products and services. An average 5.5 score out of maximum 6, shows that our efforts to deliver best possible service paid off. Therefore, Instant would like to thank our clients for choosing and evaluating our company's performance as well as to promise to carry on improving and keeping our standards high.
The feedback of our customers is very important to us. As much as we love hearing positive comments, we want to hear the constructive ones as well. We are making every word count, as it gives us better understanding where we need to improve. Thus, we encourage our clients to help us improve further by providing any relevant feedback.
